1. Introduction

The Bible says that evil angel did not keep his position so that God put the evil angel in the pit. The Bible also says that God created man aby the soil. Is the pit the soil, right? Few people think that the pit is the soil. The first created human being was born as a thinker(soul), but there is no talk about the spirit.『And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.』(Genesis 2:7)

 The spirit is dead. The salvation is the story about the spirit.『It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.』(John 6:63) Most people on earth do not know the state of the spirit. Humans do not know that the spirit can live unless the fresh(soul) is dead.  So we have to be born again.『Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.』(John 3:5) This is the resurrection. The way in which the spirit of evil angels can return to the kingdom of God is no way but to repent and be reborn as a spiritual body. Why should the fresh (soul) be die? This is the reason because there is a desire to be like God. The Bible expressed it as oldself. If oldself dies, we can be resurrected as a new life.

『That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead. Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus.』(Philippians 3:10-12)

The benefits of this world are incompatible with following Christ. This world is sin against God, and it is a law. So we have to die about it.『God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?』(Romans 6:2)『Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.』(Romans 7:4)『For he that is dead is freed from sin.』(Romans 6:7) The Bible explains about baptism.『For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.』 (Romans 6:6-7)

『It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.』(1 Corinthians 15:44) He who is in Christ becomes a resurrected spiritual body. The person in Christ is the same as the work of Jesus. He who is in Christ dies on the cross with Jesus, is resurrected, ascended and seated at the right hand of God. 『And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus』(Ephesians 2:6)

God is one. God is Trinity. So the one who is in Christ was died with Jesus on the cross, was resurrected, ascended and sat on the right hand of God. It transcends time and space. One who is in Christ is dead on the cross in this land, and sitting on the right hand of God in the kingdom of God.『Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:』(Ephesians 2:5-6)

This means the same one who is in Christ. One who is in Christ has a flesh received from his parents, but also a spiritual body received from God. Holy Spirit comes upon those who are in Christ and connects two body. Holy Spirit helps Saint while are living on this earth.『Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord: (For we walk by faith, not by sight:) We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord. Wherefore we labour, that, whether present or absent, we may be accepted of him. (II Corinthians 5:6-9)』

While the body to be born from the parents is on the earth, it must be associated with Jesus Christ who was died on the cross. So the mind to be formed in the body must die. In Christ, the body is sitting at the right hand of God pleases to the Lord. In this land, Jesus Christ is still one who was died on the cross. So the Saints must continue running toward the cross.

Where is Jesus to be dead on the cross now ? Church in all things is the cross. So Church is the Saint to be dead in Christ. One who is not dead in church can not be a saint. Jesus says to seven churches in Revelation.『He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. (Revelation 2:29) Seven churches can be said to show any  image of church today.
