(2) The Spirit of Salvation and the Helping Spirit

Many church people say that the garden of Eden is their home. So they say that we must restore the garden of Eden. Human being is not born in the garden of Eden, was born in this world. The garden of Eden symbolizes the kingdom of God. The Bible says home is the Kingdom of God

『Therefore sprang there even of one, and him as good as dead, so many as the stars of the sky in multitude, and as the sand which is by the sea shore innumerable. These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth for they that say such things declare plainly that they seek a country. And truly, if they had been mindful of that country from whence they came out, they might have had opportunity to have returned. But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city.』(Hebrews11:13-16)

People try to understand the kingdom of God as a concept of land. The Bible explains the kingdom of God. Luke (17:20-21)『Once, having been asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, Jesus replied, "The kingdom of God does not come with your careful observation, nor will people say, 'Here it is,' or 'There it is,' because the kingdom of God is within you."』People are trying to understand the kingdom of God through the concept of land. But the concept of a nation includes land, people, and sovereignty.

『The kingdom of God is within you.』 The word『within』 includes two concepts『with and in』. First, the kingdom of God is in your spirit. Holy Spirit is in the spirit of the repentant. God said in the Old Testament “I'm in the sanctuary and in the temple”. At that time people could not meet God because they were sinner who left God. So the priest kill the sheep with sacrifices that the people brought and the priest went out to God.

Those who are associated with Jesus can go directly to God because Jesus is a sacrifice and he was a high priest. Therefore God's temple appears in the spirit of man that union with Jesus.

1 Corinthians (3:16)『Don't you know that you yourselves are God's temple and that God's Spirit lives in you?』God's Spirit is the Spirit of salvation. One that came Holy Spirit of salvation in spirit become a people of God. So The Saints can worship God directly.

John(4:20-24)『Our fathers worshiped on this mountain, but you Jews claim that the place where we must worship is in Jerusalem." Jesus declared, "Believe me, woman, a time is coming when you will worship the Father neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem. You Samaritans worship what you do not know; we worship what we do know, for salvation is from the Jews. Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks.』

Second, the kingdom of God exist with you. The kingdom of God represents sovereignty in people. Matthew(18:15-20) explain the authority of the kingdom of God.『"If your brother sins against you, go and show him his fault, just between the two of you. If he listens to you, you have won your brother over. But if he will not listen, take one or two others along, so that 'every matter may be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.' If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church; and if he refuses to listen even to the church, treat him as you would a pagan or a tax collector. "I tell you the truth, whatever you bind on earth will bebound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. "Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. For where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them."』

Authority is the authority of the judge. And Holy Spirit testifies of Jesus Christ. This Holy Spirit is Holy Spirit of the comforter. Holy Spirit of Salvation and Holy Spirit of comforter are the same Holy Spirit. People are named differently in the order that Holy Spirit appear to people.

Third, we must understand the territory of the kingdom of God. This world is not the kingdom of God but the earth of satan. God allowed satan, having the power to rule this land until the final judgment.

Matthew(8:29)『"What do you want with us, Son of God?" they shouted. "Have you come here to torture us before the appointed time?" the appointed time is that the final judgment』 Satan had the ruler of the kingdom of the air but the territory of satan's dominion was restricted to the earth from the air by the resurrection of Jesus. Revelation(12:12) 『Therefore rejoice, you heavens and you who dwell in them But woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has gone down to you He is filled with fury, because he knows that his time is short."』Many people say that satan took possession of the dominion of the earth. But that is not what the Bible says. People say that satan took possession because Adam and Eve had sinned in the garden of Eden. God allowed that satan dominates the world. Luke(4:6) 『And he said to him, "I will give you all their authority and splendor, for it has been given to me, and I can give it to anyone I want to.』
